OIKVRA Academy: Guided Training

Complete reference for courses, journeys, lessons, missions, attempts, validation and progress.

How to read this pageEach field explains what it is for, what to enter and an example. If your company does not use a feature, that field may not appear for your profile.

1. What OIKVRA Academy is for

Academy teaches OIKVRA through short lessons and practical missions whose results can be validated.

2. What each part means

Students do not need to memorize the technical terms; these concepts help administrators and instructors.

3. Course: OIKVRA — Foundations

The course begins with how a company works before teaching menus.

Journey 0 · First contact

Goal: understand that the training environment uses its own data and is safe for practice.

Journey 1 · How a company works

Mission TRN-FND-005: order Supplier → Purchase → Inventory → Sale → Customer → Receipt.

Journey 5 · Multi-company and sharing

Mission TRN-MCO-003: compare the balance of SSD 1 TB OIKVRA Training between Tech Center Informática and Tech Center Norte. The product record may be shared while each company keeps its own inventory balance.

4. Student step by step

The rule is to learn one thing at a time.

  1. Open Academy.
  2. Enter OIKVRA — Foundations.
  3. Read the entire lesson before opening another screen.
  4. Open the mission.
  5. Check which company should be active.
  6. Perform the requested operation.
  7. Return to Academy and validate.
  8. If it does not pass, read the hint and check the data requested by the mission.
  9. Continue. Progress is saved.

5. Academy administration

Authorized administrators synchronize the catalog, register the training environment, enroll users and review attempts.
